Dr. Dan Greenberg
Founder of The Pre-Dental Consultants
SUNY Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine
General Dentist
Dr. Dan is the Founder of The Pre-Dental Consultants. Dr. Dan graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a BS in Accounting and Master in Business Administration (MBA). Dr. Dan was accepted to multiple dental schools but ultimately chose and graduated from SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine at the top of his class. Dr. Dan completed his 1 year General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital and is on-track for a Fellowship in Aesthetic Dentistry and Implantology.
Dr. Dan always had a love for mentoring students. Dr. Dan has tutored General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Biology during undergrad and tutored for the DAT after scoring in the 99th percentile. Dr. Dan continues to mentor students each day and enjoys the satisfaction of watching a student grow to crush the DAT and get into dental school.
Dr. Ben Babaev

Dr. Benjamin Babaev is the Head Coach of The Pre-Dental Consultants. Born and raised in Queens, Dr. Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Biology from Binghamton University. Dr. Ben was accepted into multiple dental schools and proceeded to attend University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine to receive his D.M.D. Dr. Ben completed his 1 year General Practice Residency at Kings County Hospital Center, a level 1 trauma center.
Dr. Ben was president of the pre-dental society in college, and has always tutored and mentored pre-dental students. Dr. Ben was a TA for the Intro to Evolution and Ecology Biology course in undergrad, as well as a private tutor for Organic Chemistry and Biology. Dr. Ben scored 99th percentile on his DAT and continues to mentor pre-dental students all over the country to get accepted into dental school.
Dr. Ambika Rani Srivastava

Dr. Ambika Rani Srivastava is currently practicing general dentistry in Tuscaloosa, AL and part time in Juneau, AK. She graduated from University of Alabama at Birmingham with her BS in Biomedical Engineering in 2015 and her Master’s of Public Health in Epidemiology in 2016. She is a University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry Class of 2020 graduate. Dr. Srivastava is Adjunct Associate Professor at University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. She is an active member of numerous organizations including American Dental Association, Alaska Dental Society, American Association of Women Dentist, and 5010 Rotary eClub. In her free time, Dr. Srivastava enjoys exploring different areas of Alaska and Alabama through hiking the different terrains. She loves to travel and discover new places.
Dr. Ambika is looking forward to interacting with pre-dental students to help them along their journey to dental school, which is very familiar with. She has been mentoring students in her off time for the past five years and is looking forward to continuing that with this team!
Anika Anandpura

Anika graduated early from North Carolina State University in 2024 with a BS in Biological Sciences, earning summa cum laude honors. Anika scored a 27 AA on the DAT (30 BIO, 26 GC, 26 OC, 27 QR, 25 RC, 21 PAT). She will be starting her first year at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine this fall. During her undergraduate studies, she was actively involved in mentorship, guiding a team of students conducting DNA repair research.
Anika looks forward to continuing her involvement with mentorship helping students tackle the DAT content through understanding and connections, rather than memorization. She will be the biology tutor for the live classes.
Dimitrios Stroumbakis

Dimitri is a 23 year old from Queens, NY. He graduated at Fordham University with a BS in Biology and Theology, he is a first year dental student at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
After his own DAT, he began tutoring general and organic chemistry. He joined TPDC last year as the live DAT class instructor to help you all crush your exam. His priority is to not only instill a strong fundamental understanding, but a clear and consistent approach to analyzing any question you’ll face!
Dr. Emily Rockitter

Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Emily Rockitter has been a coach at The Pre-Dental Consultants since its inception. Dr. Emily graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Human Development. She attended SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine for dental school, graduating at the top of her class and exploring her interest in pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Emily completed a 1 year General Practice Residency at Queens Hospital Center and is currently in her Pediatric Dental Residency training at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. Dr. Emily enjoys working with current pre-dental students as both a mentor and colleague, and is so proud of how far so many of her students have come!
Sebastian Sass
Admissions Coach
LECOM School of Dental Medicine
Sebastian is one of our mentors here at The Pre-Dental Consultants. He graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry. Sebastian attends the LECOM School of Dental Medicine on a full ride with the Army Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP) and is currently in his first year.
Sebastian joined The Pre-Dental Consultants with the mission of helping students maximize their chances of being accepted by improving their application and interview skills. Through attending countless interviews during his application cycle, Sebastian developed a consistent method to obtain numerous acceptances which he hopes to share with you.
Travis McGrath

Coach Travis is a dedicated and driven individual with a passion for dental wellness and a commitment to lifelong learning. Originally from Syracuse, NY, he is now a D1 at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine.
In 2017, Coach Travis graduated as the valedictorian from SUNY Canton with a degreein Dental Hygiene, setting the stage for a career focused on compassionate patient care and clinical excellence. Building upon this foundation, Travis subsequently furthered his education at Farmingdale State College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Chemistry in 2020.
Eager to expand his expertise and explore new avenues within dentistry, Travis joined the Pre-Dental Consultants as a postgraduate student in 2020. Through Dr. Dan's guidance and support, Travis navigated the intricate process of applying to dental school, culminating in acceptance offers from multiple prestigious institutions. Ultimately, Travis chose to attend his top choice institution at Stony Brook University, where he is actively pursuing a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
After accepting his offer to Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, Travis volunteered to stay on as a coach to help other students achieve his level of success in the application process. Travis’ journey in dentistry is characterized by a diverse range of interests and a steadfast commitment to professional growth. From preventive care and patient education to advanced treatment modalities, he is deeply invested in exploring the myriad facets of this dynamic field.
As he progresses in his education and clinical practice, he remains open to mentoring pre-dental students as a primary dedication.Travis holds a unique set of skills as a professional mentor and top dental student.Through meticulous interactions with each of his students, Coach Travis strives to develop lasting relationships that enable his prospects to excel at the highest level.
Jonathan Armijo

Jonathan Armijo is from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and graduated with a BS in Psychology from the University of New Mexico. While at UNM, Jonathan cultivated the Pre-Dental Society and helped continue the legacy of the largest pre-dental organization in New Mexico. After multiple dental school acceptances, Jonathan chose to attend UMKC School of Dentistry, a school rich with tradition and innovation. Jonathan plans to return to New Mexico to start a general dental practice upon graduation.
On Instagram, Jonathan has been showcasing his experience in dental school and building a follower base of dental and pre-dental students. With a mix of educational and fun content, Jonathan plans to use this platform to continue mentoring students and building a network of colleagues.
Josiah Crombie

Josiah Crombie is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, earning a bachelor’sdegree in biology with a concentration in Pre-Professional Studies. He was recently acceptedinto four dental schools, including the University of Florida, Nova Southeastern University,LECOM, and Virginia Commonwealth University. He ultimately chose the University of Florida,beginning fall of 2024.During his undergrad, he earned a ~3.8 GPA and scored a 23AA on the DAT. Josiah wasalso held various leadership positions in Greek life, non-profit organizations, and part-timeemployment. His most notable accomplishment was earning two awards for his volunteer work with his local memory-impaired community.
Josiah believes that anyone can earn an acceptance into dental school with good time management skills, self-discipline, dedication, and a genuine desire to one day become a dentist. He is excited to coach pre-dental students in their own paths to gaining multiple acceptances of their own!
Isabelle Lao-Ngo

Isabelle is a first year dental student at UCSF School of Dentistry. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2022 and received her Bachelor's degree in Psychobiology. She graduated at the top of her class with a competitive GPA of 3.9 with honors, and also scored in the 99th percentile on the DAT. During her time at UCLA.
Isabelle was involved in many pre-dental clubs, such as Pre-Dental Guidance and Outreach, where she provided mentorship support to other pre-dental students. She also has extensive tutoring experience. Isabelle has always had a love for mentoring others, especially people also interested in dentistry! Isabelle hopes to continue helping other pre-dental students achieve their goals and get into their dream dental school!
Sara Golli

Sara Agolli is a tutor at The Pre-Dental Consultants. Sara is an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan pursuing a BS in Interdisciplinary Chemical Sciences on a pre-dental track. Sara is involved with volunteering as a dental assistant at her local free dental clinic and is a research assistant at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, focusing on the oral microbiome and periodontal disease.
With a passion for mentoring, Sara has previously tutored Physical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry at her university. She is eager to continue mentoring pre-dental students at The Pre-Dental Consultants and make a positive impact on their academic journey.
Raj Patel

Ohio State University College of Dentistry
Raj Patel graduated from the Ohio State University with a B.S. in Neuroscience with a specialization in Systems/Behavioral Neuroscience. Raj took a non-traditional path as he explored medicine and various other healthcare fields before committing to dentistry. He is now an incoming D1 at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry and is excited to begin his dental journey in his home state of Ohio. Go Buckeyes!
Raj held several leadership positions as President of the MEDLIFE OSU chapter, as an Anatomy Fashion Show Coordinator for Phi Delta Epsilon, and as a Member Services Supervisor for the Department of Recreational Sports and Office of Student Life at Ohio State. In all of these roles, Raj wholeheartedly enjoyed mentoring other students and witnessing them succeed in their goals and dreams and surpass their own expectations.
Dr. Hannah Hamwi

Hannah is a coach who loves helping pre-dental students through their application process start to end! Hannah graduated from Marquette University in 2020 with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, then continued on to Marquette University School of Dentistry. After graduating with her DDS in May, she is excited to begin her orthodontics residency.
Hannah offers students coaching through the dental school application process through advising on undergraduate classes and extracurriculars, choosing dental schools, letters of recommendation, personal statements, and interviewing. She is looking forward to connecting with students and watching them succeed in getting into their dream dental schools!
Arham Sial
DAT Tutor
Villanova University
Arham Sial is a tutor at the Pre-Dental Consultants. He is a current junior at Villanova University and is applying in the 2024 summer cycle. Arham has always taken an interest in helping students grow and succeed. Arham tutored General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry during his undergraduate years and is the GC and OC tutor for The Pre-Dental Consultants DAT Live Sessions.
Arham scored a 26AA with subsection scores of (30GC, 25OC, 22BIO, 25PAT, 28QR, 24RC) putting him in the 99 percentile. Arham continues to foster the growth of his students and ensure they get the scores they are hoping for to allow them to get into the dental school of their dreams.
Herchel Patel

Herchel Patel is a D2 at the University of Michigan. Early into his dental career, Herchel has found a passion for mentoring and tutoring students.
Scoring in the 99th percentile for the DAT, Herchel’s aspirations to help students like himself along with his niche for science has brought him to continue tutoring and mentoring others like himself conquer the DAT.
Ariana Margolis

Ariana Margolis is a 2023 graduate of Boston University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in visual arts. Growing up in Massachusetts, Ariana wanted to continue her education within the state to leverage the strong and diverse network she had built. This decision led her to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, one of her top choices, where she is now in her first year (D1) of dental school.
At Boston University, Ariana was actively involved in various organizations. She served as the president of The Women’s Network chapter at BU, demonstrating her leadership skills and commitment to empowering women. She also explored the intersection of art and science through her minor in visual arts, which helped her develop the fine motor skills crucial for her future dental career.
Ariana’s passion extends beyond dentistry to include physics. She now works as a teaching fellow for introductory physics at BU, where she discovered a love for advising and mentoring students, particularly those on pre-dental tracks. Ariana enjoys sharing her journey and experiences to help guide others towards their own dental career aspirations.With her combined interests in art, science, and mentoring, Ariana is enthusiastic about contributing to the field of dentistry and supporting the next generation of dental professionals.
